The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 26th November 2010 at a price of 669.09p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 14,629,509 shares in Treasury and has 612,848,186 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
