MAVEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT 4 PLC
On 29 June 2011, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 60,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 68.5p per share and 15,000 of its own S Ordinary shares at 71.5p per share
Following these transactions the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 8,664,802 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,916,009 S Ordinary shares of 10p each and, therefore, the number of voting shares in the Company is 13,580,811.
