Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 615,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 180.40p, the lowest price paid was 176.20p and the average price paid was 178.2310p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 54,217,833 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,100,309,792 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
