Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 21 November 2012 it purchased 185,447 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 78.50 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 46,060,520 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
