ADMISSION IN NEW ORDINARY SHARES AND TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Further to the announcement by the Company on 24 September 2009 in respect of the capital reorganisation, the Company announces that admissions and dealings in new ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company commenced at 8.00 a.m. this morning.
In accordance with the consolidated share purchase contract, the Company purchased 6,577 consolidated shares resulting from the aggregation of the fractional entitlements at a price of 2,737.50 pence per share.
Following the purchase the consolidated shares have been subdivided in accordance with the capital reorganisation and transferred into treasury.
The Company now holds a total of 519,080 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 5,494,400.
