Lowest price paid per share: 802.75 pence

Volume weighted average price paid per share: 803.80 pence

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 3,577,506 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 131,279,677 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
