The Company announces that it has today purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 482.75 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 8,435,989 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 152,812,089. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
