TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc announces that on 19 November 2019, it purchased, for cancellation 18,915 B ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("B Ordinary Shares") at a price of 95.9p per B Ordinary Share.

Total Voting Rights

Following the transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is as follows:

9,951,133 A Ordinary Shares

6,805,351 B Ordinary Shares

6,912,338 Venture Shares

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 23,668,822. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the purposes of calculating whether or not they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
