Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 228.975p, the lowest price paid was 225.60p and the average price paid was 227.1868p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 7,767,064 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,146,760,561 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
