Big Yellow Group PLC announces that on 30 August 2011 it purchased 73,750 ordinary shares at an average price of 246.4 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, Big Yellow Group PLC holds 1,418,750 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 129,871,606 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
