Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 16th February 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 50,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £22.68604134 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £22.75 per share and the lowest price received was £22.62 per share.
