Transaction in Own Shares

("the Company") B Share Buyback - Share price confirmation At the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on Thursday 24 July 2014,shareholders will be asked to approve a contract for the purchase by theCompany of 3,558,009 B ordinary shares from James Kendrick Morgan and FionaMacDonald Hewitt as the executors of the estate of the late Mrs Sylvia BridgetStuart. The contract states that the consideration for the shares is 10% of theaverage closing mid-market price of an A ordinary share in the capital of theCompany on 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 July 2014 as derived from the London StockExchange Daily Official List.
