Acquisition of own shares

The Company announces that, pursuant to its general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 23 April 2009 to make market purchases of its own shares, the Company made on market purchases of 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 140 pence per Ordinary Share on 4 March 2010 (to be cancelled).

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the purchase and cancellation of such Ordinary Shares is 10,771,800 Ordinary Shares.
