Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 29 April 2014, it purchased 895,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p for cancellation at a price of 1680p each.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,985,736 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure (14,985,736 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
