Managed Income

JPMorgan Elect plc purchased 50,650 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 107.70 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,263,055 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 68,699,080.

Managed Growth

JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 22,215 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 714.22 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,392,444 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,399,948.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
