Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 333,343 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 207.00p, the lowest price paid was 204.20p and the average price paid was 205.6255p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 32,322,806 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,122,204,819 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
