REPURCHASE OF SHARES
Managed Income
JPMorgan Elect plc purchased 16,643 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 97.25 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 2,098,499 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 51,595,619.
Managed Growth
JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 34,444 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 593.43 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 3,224.331 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 34,264,818.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
