TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Company announces that on 13 November 2014, it purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in LCG, at a price of 30.833p per ordinary share, to be placed into Treasury. Upon settlement of the above transaction, the Company will have 55,770,908 ordinary shares in issue and 30,000 ordinary shares in Treasury. The above figure (55,770,908) represents the total number of voting rights in the company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
