The Company announces that it has today purchased 32,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 898.2763 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 1,945,310 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 23,452,770. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
