Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 700,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 172.30p, the lowest price paid was 169.60p and the average price paid was 171.3171p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 67,521,724 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,087,005,901 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
