Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on 25th June 2015 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 24,525 Ordinary Shares at a price of €13.64 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £11.19 and £14.94 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,636,763 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 821,985,721.
