Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 420,141 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 207.55p, the lowest price paid was 205.10p and the average price paid was 206.6072p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 33,966,034 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,120,561,591 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
