Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 110.24 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,521,862 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 71,650,746.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Cash

The Company has today purchased 28,826 Managed Cash shares for cancellation at 99.50 pence per share.

Following the transaction the number of Managed Cash shares in issue is 4,927,039.

The Company does not hold any Managed Cash shares in Treasury.
