CANDOVER INVESTMENTS PLC (the "Company")
This announcement is issued in accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
As at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 21,778,580 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). A further 78,035 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure of 21,778,580 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
