Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017.

Date of purchase: 1 March 2017

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 63,374

Lowest price paid per share 755.25p

Highest price paid per share 774.00p

Average price paid per share 767.42p

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 63,374 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £ 486,344.33.
