Total Produce plc announces that it has purchased 22,000,000 ordinary shares in the market at a price of €0.39 per share on 23 November 2010, under the authority granted by Shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2010. The Board will also continue to pursue attractive acquisition opportunities.
