Transaction in own shares

 

Concurrent Technologies Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 39 pence per share. These shares will be held in Treasury.

 

The Company now holds a total of 1,176,000 Ordinary Shares as Treasury Shares out of a total issued share capital of 72,700,012.
