JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc announces that today it issued 350,000 new Ordinary Shares for cash at 354.80 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility

 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 58,141,928 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
