REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 154,562 Ordinary shares at 465.3336 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 9,937,034 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 147,537,897.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
