Bunzl PLC02 May 2007 2 May 2007 BUNZL PLC TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES Bunzl plc ("Bunzl") announces that it has today purchased through JP MorganCazenove Limited 415,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 703.5278p pershare. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, Bunzl holds 11,527,910 ordinary shares as treasuryshares.
