Man Group plc has executedthis purchase so as to ensure that its issued share capital may be consolidatedand divided into a whole integer under the 7 for 8 share capital consolidationexpected to take effect by 8am on Monday 26 November 2007, subject toshareholder approval at an EGM to be held on 23 November 2007.
