Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 19 May 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 44,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 894.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 887.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 443,036,956 ordinary shares in issue.
