("the Company") Treasury Shares Purchase The Company announces that on 4 December 2013, it purchased for holding inTreasury 200,000 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £9.40 pershare. As a result of the above purchase, the issued share capital for the `A'Ordinary shares of 40p each is 33,432,259, of which 1,077,572 (3.22%) aretreasury shares.
