Managed Income

JPMorgan Elect plc purchased 82,541 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 104.60 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 2,986,656 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 69,975,479.

Managed Growth

JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 21,981 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 691.52 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,152,831 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,639,561.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
