Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 34,104 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 938.08 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 9,836,889 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 28,315,929.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 91.69 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 20,050,380 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 76,760,778.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
