Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 463,617 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 172.10p, the lowest price paid was 167.30p and the average price paid was 168.8026p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 61,709,187 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,092,818,438 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
