Commoditrade Inc.28 November 2007 28 November 2007 Commoditrade Inc ("Commoditrade" or "the Company") Transaction in own shares Commoditrade announces that it yesterday purchased 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares of0.1p each at an average price of 26.23 pence per share. The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares were 26.625 pence and25.75 pence respectively. All the purchased shares will be cancelled. The number of Ordinary Shares purchased to date represents 1.14% of the votingrights attributable to the total Ordinary Shares in issue prior to suchpurchases. The Company has 377,923,114 Ordinary Shares in issue. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
