XP Power PLC24 March 2006 XP Power plc ("XP" or "the Company") Transaction in Own Shares Pursuant to the Company's share option scheme, 1,500 options have been exercised. The Company has met this requirement for shares by the issue of 1,500shares from its holding in treasury.
