Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 62,707 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 112.32 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,753,983 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 71,284,287.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 51,699 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 790.27 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 5,269,276 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 33,495,505.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
