Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 505,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 233.05p, the lowest price paid was 229.25p and the average price paid was 230.9866p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 5,632,068 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,148,895,557 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
