Transaction in own shares

Power Metal Resources PLC (AIM:POW) the London-listed exploration company and project incubator with a global project portfolio, is pleased to announce that it has purchased a total of 29,244  ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the Company's Joint Broker, SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP, as follows:

Date of purchase: 13 January 2026

Number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 29,244 Ordinary Shares

Price paid per share: 14.9378p

The Company intends to hold these Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Following the purchase of the above Ordinary Shares, the Company now holds 549,781 shares in Treasury.

Following the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding shares held in Treasury, is 115,060,656. This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
