Caledonia Investments plc ("the Company") announces that on 5 April 2013 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 14,658 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 1774.38 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase, the Company's issued share capital includes 56,207,370 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
