Herzeliya, Israel, 08 May 2013: Emblaze announces that in accordance with theshare repurchase programme announced on 19 March 2013, it purchased andtransferred into treasury 13,266 of its own shares on 07 May 2013 at a price of56.00 pence per share.

Including shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company nowholds 29,963,575 of its shares in treasury.

The number of shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is now110,614,579.
