Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 28,793 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 866.73 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,352,037 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 31,012,653.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 45,917 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 107.03 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,924,556 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 86,540,918.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
