Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 620,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 181.40p, the lowest price paid was 174.50p and the average price paid was 177.0869p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 38,022,879 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,116,504,746 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
