Transaction in Own Shares

Leeds Group announces that on 9 February 2010 it purchased 50,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 14p each.

As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now held in treasury is 3,325,658 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 29,149,342.
