Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 310,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 228.80p, the lowest price paid was 225.20p and the average price paid was 226.8073p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 16,273,936 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,138,253,689 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
