Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 250,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 231.50p, the lowest price paid was 228.90p and the average price paid was 230.2249p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 12,169,214 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,142,358,411 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
