REPURCHASE OF SHARES

Managed Income

JPMorgan Elect plc purchased 16,377 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 100.58 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 2,442,636 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 51,462,649.

Managed Growth

JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 64,382 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 651.80 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,793,616 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,685,001.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
