Transaction in Own Shares
On 13 November 2008 Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited ('the Company') purchased 460,000 of its own ordinary shares of Nil Par Value for cancellation at a price of 37.25p per share. Following this purchase and cancellation the Company's issued share capital will consist of 323,994,219 ordinary shares. The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company will therefore be 323,994,219. The above figure (323,994,219) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company is satisfied that all inside information has previously been notified.
